The uncertainty of renewable energy sources (RESs) presents a challenge for power grid operation. To analyze the variability RESs, probabilistic flow (PPF) method has been introduced. This can be used to evaluate RES generation and its effects on system voltage flow. In this study, an analytical approach with PPF calculate line sensitivity by is proposed, which directly probability distribution calculation. paper also proposes index implement effectively measure transmission hosting capacity. based function (PDF) transfer factors (PTDF). Firstly, PDFs are calculated affect Then, each PDF transferred using PTDF. Starting from baseline flow, final analyzed calculating study central limit theorem method. implementation was verified through PSS/E Monte Carlo simulation in IEEE 39 bus system. matched well results.
